  1. I would say I am hopefully explorative with a strong sense of commitment!

TEL covers such a broad base it’s difficult to answer a question like this. Tutors who use some aspects of TEL but not others – where do they sit on the spectrum? Denial? Satisfied? Committed?

And then there are those who will react negatively to the idea that there is any change because “I’ve already been doing this for years”.

  2. I would say I am ‘hopefully explorative’ with a strong sense of ‘commitment.’

TEL covers such a broad base it is difficult to answer such a general question. There are teachers who already use aspects of TEL very successfully who might respond very negatively to the concept of a ‘change process’ because “I’m already doing this, I don’t need to change.” They might sound ‘satisfied’ whereas in fact they are already actively involved. Or they might be actively using certain aspects but ‘resist’ others, eg social media.

  3. Hopefully explorative, with a strong sense of
commitment, depending on the aspect of TEL and my knowledge of/confidence in using it. TEL can be so many different things its difficult to give a simple answer.
